Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with MuVore Treats. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle the delivery of your orders both within Australia and internationally.

Order Processing

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1:00 PM (ACST) on the same business day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

During sale events or busy seasons, dispatch times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your understanding.💗

Shipping Within Australia

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post, with the following delivery options:

Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days (depending on your location)

Express Shipping – Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days (depending on your location)


Shipping Rates

Orders of $69 AUD or more (after discounts and before shipping) qualify for Free Standard Shipping within Australia.

Flat rate $8.50 AUD shipping for orders below $69

 

Express Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout and vary depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary due to postal conditions or regional service limits.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations via Australia Post International Services.

Please note:

Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

Shipping fees for international orders will be displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination country and customs clearance processes.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number.
You can track your parcel via the Australia Post Tracking Portal.

Address Verification & Delivery Issues

Before dispatch, we send every customer a “Parcel Photo Email” that includes:

A photo of your parcel and its contents

A screenshot of the shipping label showing your delivery address and tracking number

This allows you to check your address before your order is sent.
If you notice any errors — such as an outdated address, spelling mistakes, or missing apartment/unit numbers — please contact us immediately so we can correct it before dispatch.

Please note:
MuVore Treats is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If your parcel is delayed or lost, please first contact Australia Post with your tracking number.
